Gas Safety Inspection and Certification

Whether you are a homeowner or a landlord, you will need to have a gas safety inspection carried out yearly. Each gas inspection will involve checking for any potential leaks around your home. This will require all gas appliances to be thoroughly looked at by a gas safe registered engineer.

You and your family’s safety are paramount and at Project275, we will provide you with a professional service. Upon completion, we will provide you with a gas safety certificate to confirm that each appliance has been checked and is either in safe working order or report any issues that have arisen.

If in the unfortunate event, we do find a hazard, we strictly follow the Gas Industry Unsafe Situations Procedure (GIUSP). Firstly, we will look at what may be the cause, and if in that instance we can, rectify the problem. If we are unable to carry out the work there and then due to needing certain parts etc, or further investigation is needed, we will disconnect your gas supply to the affected part or entire supply until such time it can be resolved.  We understand this can be a inconvenience, and with that in mind, we work as quickly as possible to resolve any faults.
